Chinese Defense Minister paid a six-day visit to US last week. It was the first visit by a Chinese defense minister in nine years and also the first high-level military exchange since bilateral military ties were disrupted by the US' planned arms sale to Taiwan last year.
The general office of the State Council, or China's cabinet, on Thursday issued a document calling for greater transparency regarding governmental information disclosures to the public.
The coming 5 years will be a golden opportunity for the central leadership to lead the Chinese people toward prosperity and will test its governance capacity.
