CPC delegation leaves for visits to India, Maldives

A delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) left Beijing on Saturday afternoon for goodwill visits to India and Maldives at the invitations of the governments of the two countries.

The delegation is headed by Liu Yandong, a CPC Central Committee member and vice chairwoman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top advisory body.
