CPC delegation leaves for Japan
A delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) left Beijing on Monday morning for Japan to attend the first meeting of the regular exchange mechanism between CPC and the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ).

The delegation is headed by Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.

The regular exchange mechanism between the CPC and the DPJ was established in July 2006, with an aim to further deepen exchanges between the two parties so as to facilitate sound development of bilateral ties.
