Offering human resources training for developing nations is an important part of China's foreign aid and could contribute to the building of a harmonious world, Chinese vice-premier Wu Yi said in Beijing Thursday.
Human resource cooperation is a major field for China to conduct international personnel exchange, and China had trained a great number of officials and technicians for developing countries, Wu said in a letter to Thursday's national foreign aid training conference.
Wu said human resource cooperation was facing new challenges as China's national power increased, and Wu called for optimizing the training team and innovating the training mode.
The conference was held by the Ministry of Commerce and was attended by officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Finance. Commerce Minister Bo Xilai delivered a working report on increasing the level of foreign aid personnel training.
