A delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) left here Tuesday morning to visit Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.
The delegation headed by Qiang Wei, secretary of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee, was invited by Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore's ruling People's Action Party (PAP) and Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), one of the component parties of Malaysia's ruling coalition.
