The migrant worker Party members' home
"To lead farmers in my hometown to a path of prosperity through labor is my biggest ideal and pursuit." This was the first sentence that the reporter heard when meeting Xue Zhiguo.

Xue Zhiguo was an ordinary 45 year old farmer from Ao Hanqi, Chifeng city, Inner Mongolia. In 1995, he came to work as a security guard in Beijing Security Guard Service Company Huairou Branch. 15 years later, he became manager of Wangjing Sales Department, Huairou Branch. During those years, he led over 20,000 people from his hometown to Beijing to work as security guards, do housekeeping and engage in maintenance work.

"The folks have made a better life through their own hard work, but they find it hard to feel at home." As a Party member, Xue Zhiguo also understood this dilemma.

In 2004, he applied to relevant departments of Huairou city and Wangjing Street Party Working Committee in Chaoyang District, Beijing. After approval, he set up a mobile branch of the Party in Chifeng city, Huairou District, Beijing where he worked as branch secretary.

After the establishment of the Party branch members had a normal Party life, in which the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members were brought into full play. During security guard work for the 2008 Olympics, Xue Zhiguo and his group fulfilled their work successfully and were awarded the title of "Olympic Pioneering Group".

In 2009 when the global financial crisis was rampant, many migrant workers had no choice but to go back home. However, Xue Zhiguo said: "Our mobile branch of the Party is the home of our migrant workers." With the help of Xue Zhiguo and other mobile Party members, more than 240 migrant workers from Chifeng found decent jobs.

Therefore, after success in their own career, they always contributed to social development to repay society.
