Following are highlights of Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping's Europe trip on Saturday:
Xi is on a two-week European tour, which has already taken him to Russia and Belarus.
HELSINKI -- Xi met Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen in Helsinki, both expressing their satisfaction with the development of relations between China and Finland.
Xi said the Chinese side is willing to work with Finland to keep the current momentum of high-level exchanges, further tap cooperation potential, strengthen cultural exchanges and encourage exchanges between young people.
GOTHENBURG, Sweden -- After his tour in Finland, Xi arrived in Gothenburg, the second largest city of Sweden, kicking off his four-day official visit to this Nordic country.
