Photo shows Mao and Stalin (Rear L)at the Signing Ceremony of the Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship, Alliance and Mutual Assistance and related agreements. Zhou Enlai (Front L), Premier of the Government Administration Council of the Central People's Government of the PRC, signed the Treaty and related agreements on February 14th, 1950.
