Vice president meets Estonian FM

Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong met Wednesday with Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Urmas Paet.

Zeng said China and Estonia have never had any disputes and the two peoples have the strong aspiration of strengthening friendly relations.

The two countries have maintained fruitful cooperation under the principle of mutual respect, equality and reciprocity, and non-interference in each other's internal affairs since the founding of Sino-Estonian diplomatic ties 15 years ago, Zeng said.

China appreciates Estonia's adherence to the one-China policy, and will continue to promote bilateral cooperation, he added.

Paet spoke highly of the role of China in international community, saying that Estonia is ready to further cooperation with China in all fields.
