China, South Africa vow to further co-op
Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong and South African Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcukaco-chaired the third meeting of the China-South Africa Bi-National Commission on Monday, vowing to further all-round cooperation.

Zeng proposed that China and South Africa strengthen political consultation and enterprises exchanges and deepen the cooperation on human resources, agriculture and poverty eradication, so as to realize the agreements reached by leaders of the two countries.

Zeng said China and South Africa had expanded cooperation on trade, culture, science and public health since they established strategic partnership in 2004.

Mlambo-Ngcuka express gratitude for the measures taken by China to balance the bilateral trade as well as China's assistance on the human resources exploration.

She said South Africa hoped to establish a developing partnership with China and learn more experience from China.

She reaffirmed South Africa would continue to adhere to the one-China policy.

Mlambo-Ngcuka arrived here Sunday to start a four-day visit to China.
