     Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao Saturday called for China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK) to view and handle trilateral relations from long-term and strategic perspectives.

     The relaunch of the six-party talks on the Korean nuclear issue opened up new opportunities, but such opportunities could be "fleeting," Wen Jiabao said.
